On the day before school begins,

you must get one last swimming trip in.  This is especially fun if you go to your Aunt and Uncle's awesome pool.

If you're very lucky, then the above-mentioned Aunt and Uncle will have an early birthday present for you.

On your last day of freedom, you'll probably have to go to your school to check out your classroom and meet your new teacher.

If you're super lucky, your mom will have prepared an ultimate Back-To-School Feast (fajitas for Orrin, since I'm still completely pampering him for surprising me with my new camera).

Maybe crayons in front of the toddler wasn't all that great of an idea.

On the day before school starts, you'll probably start feeling a little uneasy.  So that awesome Dad of yours?  He'll probably give you a very special Back-To-School blessing.

Maybe you'll even feel frustrated that your mom keeps sticking her camera in your face.

You'll paint your nails very nicely.

And set out your finest uniforms and new kicks.

On the last night before the routines and homework returns, you'll snuggle on the couch with your family and talk about what your excited and scared about (no pics of that- I was too busy getting snuggles).

Or maybe you're a toddler and all that you care about is getting a graham cracker before bed.
