Be Still My Beating Heart...

I just watched this... and I can't even stand waiting for this movie to come out! I may be a nerd who likes to read teen novels, but if you have ever read the Twilight Books, you gotta know what I'm talking about.

If you don't speak Bella-and-Edward-ish, Twilight (and the other two follow-up books) is a novel written by Stephanie Meyer (who was chosen as one of TIMES 100 most influential people of 2008)about the love between a vampire and a human. Sounds a little geeky and trite, but it is good and oh-so very addicting! Emily, I heard that you are the newest member of the Twilight Club and Meghann, trust me, read these books (if you haven't already). Whitney- you're graduating on a couple of weeks and you will no longer have any excuses to not read them!

Can you tell how much I love these books?

I have so been looking forward to reading these books! I am saving them till we go to the beach house this summer. If I start them now, I know I will totally neglect my kids :)) Can't wait!

You are too funny. They must be great 'cause I always hear everyone talking about them. I honestly don't know how you find time to read!!! Please share your secret. Oh and by the way I haven't checked blogs in forever...you guys seem to be having fun in Utah, I'm glad. And, as always, your kids are so beautiful!!! Miss you guys!

It's a little trick I call naptime and bedtime- the kids go to nap all at the same time and they all go to bed at the same time. It works well for us...

I am quite excited to start reading the books, however, I work 4 out of the next 5 days. You should feel sorry for me. Tear, tear.

I did not just read these books...I read the first two within 48 hours, and yes, my kids were raised by Dora the Explorer those days, and I was totally sleep deprived (of course, that is not unusual). I love, love, loved them! I am waiting for my niece to finish the 3rd one so I can read it. And, funny that you posted the movie trailer today, because I just watched it with my niece this morning! I thought it would be cheesy, but it looks sooooo good! I can't wait!!

You should write a "how-to" on how to be a mommy and still get stuff done.

hee hee!! Love these books!! I am hooked and read them all in about a weeks time. I cannot wait for the movie, and other books. I told Ken I could easily fall in love with a vampire...I don't care how much of a teenage-level these books are!!
