Around the end of the year, the elementary schools around here like to have talent shows. Mostly to stress out us mothers, I believe.
And for some crazy reason, my girls always want to be in them.
This year, they coerced their awesome Aunt Whitney to make-up a dance to Spark's Fly and teach it to them and four of their friends. Seriously, that lady should be sainted. It was no easy task teaching six girls with varying dance skills a routine in less than two weeks.
But she did it.
Don't you just love the neon colors? We ordered the skirts and gloves from Halo Heaven (hello super inexpensive online store) and the tights were from good ol' Targhetto.
Adi was spying over my shoulder while I was perusing the Halo Heaven sight. When she saw the gloves, she fell absolutely in love. Then she pestered my day and night until I finally agreed to ordering them. Unfortunately I waited to long and they didn't have very many colors in stock. In fact, they only had these three colors.
The night of the big performance came. And they rocked it (of course).
Aren't they adorable?

Porter-Pot entertained himself with a paper airplane during the show.
Because I was the luckiest person in the world, Piper's little angel friend that, for some reason, adores little Wyatt, pushed him around in his stroller during the show. He was happy and smiling, you know, right up until my girls started dancing. You can hear him crying in the video.
