Oh Waffle Tree

I saw this little lovely while perusing Pinterest the other day.

I studied the picture and then asked myself, "How can I make this, but only waaay unhealthier?

Bada-bing, it came to me.

I couldn't figure out how to get the waffles done without them being brown.  Plus I let the kiddos sprinkle on their own powdered sugar.  I've had better ideas.

Adi and Porter were in love.

Oh, and Mr. Wyatt enjoyed him some sugar, sprinkle and whip-cream free waffles too.

And Piper?  Well, Piper really isn't a waffle fan.  Especially not with powdered sugar.  So I put syrup on instead.  She still wasn't too happy.

Is there a better way to start a school day then full of sugar and whip cream?  I didn't think so.
