It's Christmas Musical time at the girls' school. Yay! I honestly would like to give the music director a huge hug for how she worked it. Instead of sitting through one big musical with all the grade that lasts at least an hour, every grade had their own performance that... (wait for it)... only lasted 20 minutes.
Oh yes. It was awesome.
And they were on separate nights.
I'm spoiled, right?
Anywho, Pipe's was first. Their theme was "Pandamonium". As you can probably guess, all of their songs were about bears.
Doesn't she look so Grizzly Bear-ish (that's what we were going for, people)?
My personal favorite was the Jingle Bears song where Pipes got to showcase her attitude.
Miss Adi's was a few days later. The third grader's music was all about Snirts (snow mixed with dirt, duh). Miss Adison was a snowflake all dressed in white. Doesn't she look like an angel?
Adi-Baby seemed a little bit confused during pretty much the entire performance. I think she was more concerned over whether I was recording her or not.
And yes, I recorded every wonderfully flakey song.
We also discovered that Wyatt does not like cheering at all (he bawled every time Orrin or I made the "Woo" sound).
And that the Santa's Naughty or Nice app on the iPhone can enchant a 4 year old for at least 20 minutes.
Thank you technology.
